Cancellation Policy:
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. You will be charged $150 for a missed New Patient Appointment and $80 for a missed Established Patient Visit. Your credit card on file will be used for this charge. Call, email or change your appointment online. We know things come up but please contact us to avoid this charge.
